As a Project Foreman, you will supervises and coordinates operational activities for large and complex ongoing account(s) by serving as the liaison between Dispatch and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Supervises customer specific operational activities such as mobilization, installation, movement of liquids, on-site adjustments, system teardown, and de-mobilization

Performs job-walks to determine operational needs

Coordinates and communicates with the Lead Dispatcher to schedule all customer-specific operational activities to ensure service timeliness and appropriate and adequate personnel are dispatched

Conducts inspections of all work performed at assigned project for quality and thoroughness.

Troubleshoots system or operational problems that potentially may arise on a daily basis. Responsible for immediate reporting and follow up of any issues to the appropriate person i.e. spills, incidents, mechanical/hydraulic, personnel, and/or customer dissatisfaction.

Assists sales by providing customer-support and delivering field tickets to customers

Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of systems, equipment, rental assets, and applications on each customer-specific site.

Demonstrates basic knowledge of hydraulics and filtration systems.

Inspects, verifies, and ensures that all inventories on-site are accurate and accounted for.

Understands company’s safety and environmental policy’s and procedures and possesses the ability to identify violation of these and act accordingly.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
