As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing contract related documents, investigating facts, performing contract negotiations and preparing documents to promote company business while mitigating risks. Duties include:

• Reviews legal documents such as customer contracts and purchase orders, and other legal documents

• Processes contract renewals

• Completes and processes other contractual related documents (e.g. safety questionnaires, pre-qualification questionnaires, representations and certifications, OCIP enrollment forms, Certificates of Insurance, etc.)

• Maintains contract database and spreadsheet files

• Contract negotiation and contract administration

Requirements: Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

•Work experience in the legal and/or contract administration field
