As the Transportation and Logistics Admin, you will be responsible for assisting Transportation & Logistics Management and supporting branch operations in matters pertaining to, but not limited to, vehicle fleet management and systems, DOT compliance, GPS,

ELD, driver & vehicle safety, and logistics operations. Duties Include:

• Supporting department and branch management in the optimization of systems and procedures related to: vehicle utilization, maintenance and cost analysis, ARI; relocation and disposal processing of vehicles; DOT driver qualification file compliance; GPS system

usage and compliance, driver safety scorecard, ELD; processing freight invoices, dispatching of trucking, obtaining comparative rates, and maintaining on-time log for all scheduled loads

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

Requirements: Required Qualifications:

•High school diploma or general education degree (GED); at least four years related experience and/or training

• Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Must be detail-oriented, accurate and have basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts

• Possession of strong organizational skills

• Experience with PC based software and Windows required
