The Branch Billing Admin will compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities of the establishment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sorts incoming branch correspondence and mail and processed processes outgoing branch correspondence and mail.

  • Assist Office Manager when necessary with payables, credit and collections.

  • Processes incoming rental and sales orders for specified branches.

  • Maintains open and closed rental files.

  • Interprets orders and convert through the computer to sale or rental invoices, branch transfers, credit memos and billing adjustments.

  • Create specialty invoices.

  • Communicates with branch team on any discrepancies of pricing or inventory prior to invoicing.

  • Communicates with branch team on rental and sales orders as needed, including answering inquires and provide information on orders and inventory.

  • Maintain pending equipment release files.

  • Maintain spreadsheets regarding invoicing and paperwork received.

  • Files correspondence and other records.

  • Answers telephone and routes call to appropriate branch personnel.

  • Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to appropriate person.

  • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.

  • Complies with all Policies and Procedures.

  • High School or GED or better

Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to six months in all phases of office and billing procedures such as typing, filing, invoicing, accounts payable, office machines and various phone systems and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
