In this highly visible sales role, you will have the opportunity to expand your sales expertise and make a difference. You will be responsible for promoting Rain for Rent’s complete and dependable line of pumps, tanks, pipes and service within an assigned territory. You will benefit and become successful, if you excel and place value on the following:

  • Execute sales strategies and build customer relationships.

  • Promote, seek out, and consummate new and repeat business for sales and rentals.

  • Conduct pricing and quoting to meet profit objectives for the assigned territory.

  • Share innovative products, creating market awareness, closing deals and increasing new/repeat customer business.

  • Actively participate in business development opportunities including Brown Bags, Tow & Shows, and Trade Associations.

  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.

  • Coordinate and communicate with other branch personnel regarding product availability, delivery, and job specifics.

Qualifications

Education

Required

  • High School or GED or better

Preferred

  • Bachelors or better

Experience

Required

  • 3 years: Experience in oil & gas upstream and midstream environmental control and production equipment and services is required.

  • 1 year: Minimum experience developing solutions for customers.

  • 3 years: Related sales experience.

  • 1 year: Experience using automated systems including a CRM system.
